Had 2 phone screens in back to back days that I had to make myself available for asap due to their very limited availability of being busy so I rushed to moved things around and made myself available. The calls were quick and I was told by each interviewer it went well and loved my answers and then I got a random rejection email 2 weeks later after being ghosted. They didn’t directly answer when I asked about salary too. Unprofessional and irresponsible to waste my time for me being so flexible and also being an experienced recruiter in the industry.
