Met with a recruiter for initial screening interview over video, followed by a video interview with the direct manager for the role. Enjoyed the conversation, but was completely ghosted by the recruiter despite multiple attempts to follow up through both e-mail and text. And this was after being bombarded with multiple emails/texts when she needed info from me. Interviewing is a two-way street! Show some respect for the candidate's time and energy...word gets around.
