The interview process was disorganized from the start. The first person I spoke to was HR, who mixed up what position I was applying for twice. I had to reiterate which I had applied for. I interviewed with this organization four times, after being told there would be three interviews total. At the fourth interview they said there would be another, at which point I withdrew my application. The entire process took over a month. They also did not seem to have the position requirements sorted out. They told me they were still "figuring out" what the role was going to be, and mentioned different tasks not listed on the original listing.
