I was referred to the company by the individual that provided my medical transcription training. The employer has hired graduates from this training program in the past with good results, and the trainer and employer have a long standing relationship. When the employer had an opening, she sent me an email asking if I would be interested in a job with her company. As soon as I sent an email in response, she called me on the phone. We spoke for about 45 min and she asked me to send her an email the following morning with my final decision of whether to accept the job offer.
