Disconcerting. I have never experienced being interviewed by an entire team before (at least not for a sales associate position at a store). It was strange at best. Everyone but the one asking the questions (the boss) seemed uncomfortable, as if they were asked to sit in without their consideration. 4/5 to 1 across a table felt more like an interrogation rather than an interview.
