It was like an assessment centre. It was a very long day but very pleasant and interesting. I met a lot of great people. After every stage of the process people who weren't qualifying had to leave the process. There was a language test (short conversation with the person who spoked the target language); scenario given to a group of people, telephone role-play, little test (remember to listen to the telephone conversation that is played to the whole group) and listen to everything is being said at the company presentation in the beginning; one-to-one interview at the end.

It was a tough time getting through the interview,mentally a bit exhausting but over all fun. In the end it was worth it. They want to know your skills for the Customer Sevice role.
