After applying online and an internal CV screening, I was contacted by Emirates for a phone HR interview. After that, I had a one hour phone interview with the recruiting manager and I was shortlisted for a face-to-face interview. The interview process comprises online testing (logical, analytical), followed by an interview with a psychologist. All went very well and then I got into the final interview that lasted 1.5 hour. One hour to prepare a presentation about a topic communicated by HR (no possibility to use internet, books..), 20 minutes presenting to a Board and then 1 hour of interview.
