Relatively ok, there was just a screening and most of the communication was done via LinkedIn and email. Interview was done in the same week of applying, but times got changes a little bit. Interviewer was really nice and explained the position nicely. But there was a lot of emphasis on high pace, high pace which made me nervous if this high pace was due to poor management or lack of boundaries to outside clients.
