The interview was with three different interviewers. All involved seemed pleasant. With that said, they need to do better. I was told that they had several applicants to get through over the next week or so, and that it would be a little while until I heard back, because they want to make sure they pick the right person. I was cool with that. However, they never called me back at all. That was over five weeks ago. I have almost 20 years of management experience and would never do that to an applicant, as I appreciate the time they spent and the interest in my company.
