I spoke with the hiring supervisor about the role and my interest in it. When a job posting came open, I applied via phone with Human Resources and then in person with the hiring manager. It took awhile to find out whether or not I had the job. Delays in HR are routine I hear.

I had multiple interviews over the phone with the leadership team, and the talent acquisition team. They really want to ensure that potential new employees will be a good culture fit with everybody in the office. It was a relatively relaxed process and they were very transparent about the expectations for the job and what would be needed.

What is your typical underwriting process when looking at an account .
Very simple, two phone interviews. One was pre-screen w/ HR. The second was with the manager. Softball questions were asked, the manager was friendly and made me feel at ease.
