At first I was interviewed once during on campus recruiting, was called at their office in CT within the next 2 weeks. The second interview is a day long process. It had 3 parts, the first part includes a group task, where i was grouped with other people interviewing for the job, and asked to make a tower (with papers, clips etc) only given 10 minutes, and the interviewers watched us do that. The next part consisted of behavioral questions, going through the resume. And the third part included a 10 minutes presentation, and they give you about 40 minutes to prepare for the presentation, which is based on a case study of a company, and if you were to improve / give advice to the company, how would you do so? includes improving the database of the company as well as the financial situation
