Initial phone interview (15 mins) with HR manager, in person interview with 2 finance managers (45 mins - 1 hr). Phone interview was the norm with behavioral questions and in person interview completely surprised me! Be sure to thoroughly research the industry and the division you're applying for as you will be asked those questions unlike any other interview I've ever had. If you are selected, you move on to round 3 and interview with the manager's boss. I lost interest in the position during my 2nd interview bc I discovered there weren't any flexibility with schedules (can't leave at the end of the day until everyone is finished, schedule doesn't align with NYSE, you are placed on a rotational schedule which means you can start as early as 6 am and stay as late as 6/7 pm CT) and most importantly, this position asks for an accounting/finance degree but almost have nothing to do with accounting since you'd be responsible for calculating NPV of mutual funds all day, no thank you.
