Phone call with talent acquisition manager first. Then a video phone call with two tech leads. Neither of which were on video. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Also asked questions that they didn’t have the correct answers to. I’m pretty sure they didn’t look at my resume as they were asking questions that were listed there. Company seems cool but these two need to get their act together if they’re going to get top talent. Pay seemed low for what they were looking for.
