Before the interview an assessment was emailed to me. The assessment included a typing speed test and various call scenarios that I had to respond to. After the assessment was an interview over video call. I was asked various typical interview questions and a few a of my own to ask as well. After the interview, I heard from The Hartford shortly after with an offer letter.

The first request was a email to request a phone interview. During the first interview it was two or three behavioral questions and going over on your resume in full. At the end of the call I received a request to schedule the next interview. The second interview with with two individuals a manager and a team lead. They were very nice and made me feel comfortable it felt like a regular conversation with friends.
