The interview process was average but what I do not like about The Hartford is how they leave you out there with no update after the process of interviewing. They stated that I would hear something in regards of an offer or not the following week but it turned out to be more than 3 weeks after before I heard anything back from them. By the way, I had already accepted another job offer making more, better benefits and hours. I was well over qualified for their Customer Service Rep position but I did not feel completely comfortable during the interview with the hiring manager who was Caucasian. But everything happens for a divine reason so if your reading this, remember that a delay is never a denial. Your blessing is on the way!!!
