It was an on-campus interview. The recruiter was extremely nice, asked difficult questions as well. He told me a lot of information about the actuarial career as well as the actuarial program in the Hartford. He is a very smart actuary and he likes using fancy vocabularies/ sentences to ask questions. it seems he prepared a lot of questions to ask according to my resume, i could probably have done better if i took more time prepare.
