Applied through my college website. Interview was on campus with three Team Leads from The Hartford who worked in the area I applied for. Offer was made within a few days of the interview. The Team Leads were very personable and made me feel at ease during the interview.

I felt very much at ease and felt like I nailed the interview. I went in to the interview as more of an informational interview, but left really wanting the job. Easy questions. Laid back environment.
