I applied on the company website. I received an email for a phone interview a few days later. After the initial interview by the recruiter, I received an email to schedule a video interview with a manager and a director. No word at all after that interview was completed. A few weeks passed by, and the recruiter couldn't even be bothered to send me an email or phone call. After inquiring about the status of my application and why I had not heard anything after that much time had passed, I receive a lackluster voicemail from the recruiter telling me they have "decided to proceed with other candidates".
