Submitted an application in mid-April, received an email about an initial interview with HR at the end of June. After HR screening call, had first interview with hiring manager and second interview with another member of the team. Completed an unpaid test assignment. Followed up via email and never received a response. Never received an email from HR or the hiring manager notifying me I was no longer under consideration. The Workday platform was updated at the end of August (a month after my follow-up email), reflecting my application as inactive.
