I got this interview through my PR professor who is a close friend of the CEO. I was contacted by both the CEO and the office manager and had great email exchanges. The interview process took about 3 hours. I met with the CEO first, and it was intimidating but I through it. I met with a total of 8 people that day, right after another and they all came in pairs. I also had to take a writing test at the end which I thought was pretty easy. Overall, it was an intense interview but I god great experience. I could tell by talking to the people who I was going to get along with.
