Interview started with basic questions and they started asking scenario based questions which I felt really worried. I felt few questions are really illogical. Overall it is a bad experience.

Very pleasant and respectful interviewer. A few questions about my people skills. Interviewer even thanked me for serving in the Military. I was quite impressed with the professionalism. Be prepared to answer how you would help a customer. How you have solved problems in the past is another question that may be asked

Was not much thought behind it, the interviewer did not seem very prepared. I would not pursue this job, and did in fact drop out very quickly. It was simple enough to get through though
