I was impressed with the interview, though the entire hiring process dragged on for quite some time. But the manager is a fair man who treated all of his employees equally and stressed taking pride in the store as THEIR store. He took the time to get to know me as a person in my interview as well as my long term goals.

The interview process was straightforward, focusing mainly on understanding benefits and basic expectations. It felt more like an orientation than a traditional interview, with an emphasis on introducing the role and responsibilities.
