Generally, the interview process was very smooth. However, I was very disappointed with the process following the interview. Communication prior to the interview was really clear, warm and prompt. I got a call the day before the interview to check if I was OK and to give me a run down of the structure of the interview. The interview itself was fine. I had to complete a short task in a separate room based on scenarios, then I had some questions on my response for that task followed by some more standard interview questions. I was told I would hear back in just over a week's time. I never heard back so I emailed a few days after to ask when I could expect to hear. I received a bog standard email which informed me that I did not get the role. I requested feedback on 2 occasions and I was ignored both times. This is really poor form not to call candidates who interviewed and to not offer them any form of feedback. They only interviewed max 6 people.
