The recruitment process was quite long. The first stage (Teams meeting) was quick, and the recruiter was happy to align with my availability. After 3–4 days, I received an email saying they would like to invite me to the next stage and that I would receive further details within 2–3 days. After a week without any update, I followed up to check if anything had changed. A week later, I received a response with an invitation for an in-person interview. The recruiter was nice and asked mostly basic questions, without a very corporate tone. I was informed that I would receive feedback (positive or negative) within 7–14 days. However, it has now been 1.5 months, and I haven’t received any response. I understand that I may not have been selected, which is fine, but since a timeline was given, it would be fair to follow through on that promise. Lack of feedback is quite disappointing.
