Phone Interview / In-person interview. As soon as I sent in my resume, the next day I got an email. The email contained date and time to start an phone interview. It's just a causal email arranging the right time for both people. Phone interview was very casual as well. It's not a hard interview where they try to put you to the corner, but just a get to know you type of interview.

The job description and the process were incredibly interesting. There were multiple interviews which were thoughful and the briefings by the hiring manager were useful for putting my best foot forward. I had a good time up until the final interview which really felt like boss mode in a video game. After so much work and excitement, I was out of there within 15 minutes, armpits drenched, feeling foolish and dejected. A job that I really wanted, with an experience that left me feeling like I might have dodged a bullet.
