There was a 15 minute cellphone phone interview. They offer both a cellphone number and a google voice number to call - the interviewer seemed annoyed that I was confused by that and that I called both. The interviewer did not have a solid idea of the expectations of the position or how the hired employee will engage with future leadership, claiming that the startup of 3 people is “still figuring it out”. I received a form rejection via email a few days later. There was no response when I asked why I was not considered a good fit for the position.
