Came in for an interview for a Superintendent position that opened in Delaware. Interviewed with VP of new home construction, thought it went well, lasted about 20 minutes. Person I interviewed with said he'd call "either way". Sent a thank you email, no response. Sent another follow up email, again no response. Sent an email to HR, no response. I asked repeatedly because I had other opportunities to follow up and pursue. Sent a final email to VP of new homes, got a rejection from HR about 20 minutes later, could not even do it himself, which I never experienced. Just a prompt "No." would have sufficed.
