Easy and pleasant conversations with both engineering/product team. The interviewers were engaging and professional, which made the experience enjoyable overall. However, there were some issues with coordination: interview times were confused twice by the recruiter, which was frustrating. Additionally, there was no feedback provided after the interview rounds, and communication simply stopped once they decided to move forward with another candidate. Hiring is a two-way street, and even a brief update or feedback would go a long way. At the very least, letting candidates know that they’re no longer being considered would make the process feel more respectful and transparent.
