An in person interview with Line Manager and General Manager, focusing on experience based questions and scenario questions. The questions and format was pretty standard and seemed to be evaluating personality and capability with customer service, rather than any knowledge of the collection or security experience.

I found that the interview process was overall a good experience, straight forward and easy process, interview held in person at gallery, and one round of interviews only, interviewer was nice and kind too
