I was interviewed by three people on a panel. One of them was very obnoxious and constantly interrupted my answers to correct them. I understand if she was not happy with my answers, but I found her rude and arrogant. The other two people were perfectly friendly and lovely. I had to give a presentation on a task I could deliver. I did a quick ten minute presentation using powerpoint, and they asked me a few questions about. I left with an overall negative opinion due to the woman's constant interruptions and corrections. Without her, I would have left feeling very positive about the location and role of the job.

Interview consisted of a mixture of strengths based and competency questions along with a practical task and a tour of the site with the overall process lasting around 2 hours.
