The first step in the hiring process is a group presentation/group interview with approximately 8 other people. Descriptions of the company and the job are mixed in with general questions asked of the interviewees, responding on either a voluntary or round the table process. The next to last step in the interview is a brief five minute cognitive processing step that is completed individually on paper. One final questions concludes the interview.
