Very quick and to the point. I enjoyed how pleasant and genuine it felt. They will ask about your proficiency with software and customer service. They will also want to test your interpersonal communication skills,a s you will be working with a lot of different backgrounds.

Every easy process with the classic behavioral questions. Great first job for on campus students. It’s important to come prepared and on time but very easy interview setting usually at one of the locations you may work at.

Very quick, just on site interview with manager and get offer, the offer was sent out after one week of interview day, the work place was nice and friendly , the colleague was helpful and manager is considerate, no much work load
