Nice relaxed interview with 2 members of staff, put at ease throughout and was more like a friendly chat rather than a bog standard interview that you would usually have.

Applied online through the Music Jobs website. Received an email from the hiring manager a few weeks later asking If I was available for a phone interview. After the phone interview I was asked to come into the office for a one-on-one with the hiring manager. At the end of the interview I was asked my availability. I started work the following Monday.
