Interviewers asked a mix of question including specific clinical questions as well as best practice/ethical questions. Interviewers conducted interview via zoom and made sure they got a well rounded picture of who you are as a worker.

The interview process consists of a few interviews with managers, counselors, clinical supervisors. I wold rate the interview process as thorough which is good for the position but it takes a long time for them to get through the process and hear back from them.
