Very well organized, clear expectations and open, transparent communication from beginning to end. The interview process was very thorough and informative. It gave a great deal of insight into what it is like to be part of the TPG team

I applied online and first spoke with a recruiter. The initial conversation was pretty standard. I was asked about my experience working with clients and exposure to high volume environments. I then moved onto an interview with leadership that felt a bit rushed. He seemed eager to get through his questions and really emphasized on the ability to be results driven and handle a high pressure environment. I was able to ask a few questions, mostly surrounding culture, leadership style, and communication practices as I did notice some of the negative reviews. I think the value I placed on these things, probably was a red flag for them because I did feel a shift in tone and then a week later I was given an auto rejection.
