Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso The Range (Plymouth, Inghilterra)
Colloquio
Had a coding challenge, with some detailed feedback, and an interview with the head of multichannel / development, that was technical, but also questions about handling databases containing large data. Very friendly.

What would you do if there was an issue you had that you couldn't see yourself meeting a deadline for.
Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso The Range nel mese di feb 2018

Stay well away from this company! I had interviewed with the range in March 2017, the interviewer was rude and said I wasn't qualified despite me fitting all of their requirements. Fast forward a year and I'm approached by The Range's new recruitment agency, they apologised for the way they behaved the year before and after reacting to their poor staff reviews online, The Range were keen to make amends, change their ways and create a happier working atmosphere - would I like to reapply. I agreed and scheduled a face to face interview a few days later.
When I arrived for the interview the place was chaos, no one knew who I was supposed to be seeing and with no where to wait for them I was told to stand awkwardly in the hallway and wait until they were ready for me. When they were finally ready the interview was a joke. They had no interest in me, my skills, or the job I was applying for. It was 1hr 45mins of them telling me all about how brilliant they are, giving me totally irrelevant questions and brainteasers and then laughing at every answer I gave to their questions. I wouldn't work for this awful company regardless of how much money they have to throw around. They are rude, arrogant and it's no wonder they can't hold down staff.
Do not believe the recruiters when they tell you that they have changed their ways! They have not!!!

Using a language of your choice write a function (using pen and paper) to print the Fibonacci sequence.
They presented a list of maths questions that is normally given to a 13 year old, they wanted me to estimate how many I would get right in 18 mins. They did not want me to answer them, just guess how many and how I would work out how many I would get right.
