It was an online interview. The date was approaching and I asked for a Google Meet link and didn't get one until last minute; automatically and coldly delivered. I don't know if it's standard procedure, but the interviewer didn't turn the camera on and I did, so it was pretty uncomfortable. The interviewer's connection wasn't good and I had some problems understanding the questions. The interview was very standard but it was clear that the interviewer didn't know lots about the role or about the job. Very coldly delivered. Said they will send me an email at the end of the week and gladly they didn't, confirming my feelings that I didn't want to work there.

I had 2 interviews, being the first one with someone from HR in the first week. After 3 days, I received another email from another person of the company inviting to do a Paid Test. The test basic consisted of one concept idea for a banner/hero design and another for an email/newsletter design. After one week, I was invited for a last interview with the Digital Design Lead to talk more about the position and other info, but after this Interview unfortunately I didn't receive any other response from them concerning the status of my application, to know if I was selected or not, but I deducted that unfortunately I didn't get the job, even though would be nice to have a final feedback from them, either if it would be a positive or negative one.
