During the initial phone meeting with the HR recruiter she told me about the wrong job, a job I was not applying for. After that, she told me I was not being considered for the role. Then a few weeks later they reached out to me asking me to pick a time to interview. Very disorganized. They did not allow for any WFH flexibility.
