I was contacted by phone by an assistant who scheduled the interview. She was personable but I was not impressed by her lack of knowledge. She was unsure of the location of the interview and did not even have an address to give me, fortunately I knew where the local community was. I completed my first interview, which I scheduled over my lunch hour and it was delayed nearly an hour because she was so far behind schedule. I received a call the next day and they asked me to return for a second interview, that day. I was working at a different job so the lack of notice made things a little tough but I found a way to get there the same day with just an hour and a half notice. This interview was very relaxed and laid back. I talked with the maintenance supervisor and the same woman from the first day. I found they had no formal training which is not an issue for me but they basically send you any where within the company to train with existing managers but with very little notice and no set schedule. This is a problem for people with families and commitments outside of work due to the fact that they just kind of wing it when it comes to training and you could be sent 3 hours away for a few days or weeks at a time, but you don't know when. While everyone was very friendly nothing seemed very official, organized, or even thought through.
