I very recently went through the interview process at Travillian and found it to be more personal, genuine, and reflective than typical interview processes at large corporations. I was able to meet and interact with all members of the team, and made to feel comfortable presenting concerns or uncertainties. The entire process felt mutually beneficial to determine if the opportunity made sense for both parties, rather than a stressful ‘selling myself’ scenario. Great experience overall.
