The interveiw was with two interveiwes. I was asked to prepare a 5 minute segment of teaching simultaneous equations to students. They also asked my why I wanted the job and about my past experience.

Was sent an interview guide ahead stating structure of the interview. This is split into scenario based questions and roleplay questions. For the former, these are some of the questions asked: - What external factors could be driving the pupil’s behaviour? - What did the tutor do well in this scenario? - If you were the tutor, would you do anything differently? For the roleplay section, I was given a specific question and asked to explain how I would teach it to a few students.
