The owners took me out to dinner after my 5 minute interview at one of their stores. After dinner, they offered me the job and I started in 1 week.

Very easy and informative interview. They did not have a position available at the time, but still took the time to speak with me about future positions. Talked on the phone about what jobs look like in their office and how soon they would be looking to hire. Very transparent.
