I met Ms Videla on spec for an internship position. If you get an interview with The Village or Ms Videla, she as already scoped you and can already see what she wants. She encourages you to open up, always concerned with what she can shape from us, rather than having any concern over where we might be unsuccessful. Her interview process is mostly to gauge what assignments you will thrive with on her platform. Personally, the internship under her wing at AR New York led to her contracting me to help found her company: The Village. Note: I am selecting the "Difficult" option for the interview because, although Ms Videla is extremely courteous and smooth, there are extremely high stakes attached and the seeming ease of the interaction is due to her poise and discipline. She makes it feel easy to get the best out of you.
