Once I applied, I got a phone call within a week. I came in for a group interview (there were suppose to be three of us all getting interviewed but I was the only one who showed up). I showed up early and spoke with the hiring manager for a awhile, waiting for the others, until eventually she started asking me questions. I got hired on the spot.
