Hiring process was relatively easy. Responded to a posting on Craigslist. One interview and I got the job. Hiring manager was pressed for time to fill a void positions, and because my background matched the skill level of the job, I was given the opportunity right away.

Calm, easy to understand and an extremely welcoming environment filled with people who loved what they do and were willing to help me get comfortable. They were open and honest about the job which made me feel extremely welcomed and valued.
