It was a fun interview. It was a group interview with a few other camp counselors. We had to create an activity out of arts and crafts. We then described our activity and how it would be played in the classroom with the kids.

It was quick and efficient. The interview was conducted online over video call. There were multiple rounds of interviews. I talked with two different people who were in charge of hiring.
