After applying in person, I was invited back for a 1 on 1 interview with the aquatics director. Following this, I performed a physical test which included treading water for 10 minutes off and on while holding a brick over my head. In addition, I was asked basic first aid and CRP knowledge as well as expected to perform life-saving skills.

Smooth and welcoming. The interaction was positive and conversation flowed nicely throughout. I felt like my answers were being listened to, and that the interviewers were very engaged with me and what I had to say.

What my background was and how it would fit into this role
very good. good people there who work there and i like to work there because it is very fun being outside and talking with good people and free popsicles and the interviewer was nice and respectful and all oof that.

The interview process was overall easy. You just need to have your certifications, you need to pass a breathing test, and you need to pass a swim test. Pretty easy interview.
