I applied online and heard back immediately from the hiring manager. The application had several "off the cuff" questions that helps to give insight into the applicants personality. After hearing from the HR manager we set up a phone interview that lasted around 30 minutes. The interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to. Around a week or so later I was informed that they were going to go with another applicant. I was bummed out but overall it was a great experience with a very cool company.
