I got a call from agency for immediate opening with Theorem India for Tech Lead UI. First a video call with technical discussion then a assignment which needs to be completed in 48 hours and need to provide the git link of the assignement. Then Managerial discussion followed by HR discussion. The worst is the HR discussion where HR negoitates your salary, irrespective of initial screening of expected salary given to them. Please call for interview only if you all agree candidates expectation of salary. They negotiate in last HR discussion and that too the offer is like 9% increment on previous salary with 10% variable pay. This is like initially they said the position went on hold and later after 10 days they came back saying they can offer 9% increment which had 10% variable component.
