The President/CEO reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for the strategic, financial and operational leadership of TBI. Candidates will have responsibility for fundraising, scientific leadership, internal team building and management skills to create a culture of high performance, mutual accountability, respect and professional development. The right candidate will also readily acknowledge team results and actively seek to design and implement positive changes in the current team of three Ph.D. scientists and one research assistant.Potential candidates with relevant education and at least five years management experience in biotech business will be eligible for a competitive compensation package.
